Accueil chaleureux pour un dimanche en caisse, souriante, très à l'écoute,Aida à su répondre à toutes mes attentes notamment une question sur une Alèse je n'arrivais pas à faire mon choix et elle à su me rassurer et me guider au mieux pour faire le bon choix, grâce à son écoute et son professionnalisme elle à même si m expliquer quel était le rôle du click&collect j'ai pu suivre a la lettre ses recommandations et cela m'a éviter de tous abandonner et repartir chez moi sans articles. I came all the way from Paris because not all Ikeas within the city limits have them on display. And the one in Villiers doesn't either! Besides, if you want to try out a chair hanging from the ceiling, it's impossible. So says the saleswoman... Can you remind me what the point of a store is if you can't even sit on a chair to test it? Worse, some are even attached to the shelf; you can't even take them down yourself. And then we wonder why physical stores are disappearing...

I love the IKEA store: the atmosphere is really pleasant, the air is fresh, and you always feel warmly welcomed. The staff are fantastic, including the cashiers who are always smiling and helpful. Special mention to Marie-Laure, who was particularly welcoming. Thank you to the whole team!

A visit to Småland Villiers this Sunday the 16th from 3 pm to 4 pm. The staff were fantastic! They were kind and welcoming, even though there were only two of them, and my daughter was delighted with the activities. Parents were happy too, as we were able to shop in peace! It was nothing like the disastrous experience at Småland Franconville...
